We are a firm of Civil Engineering & Building Contractors and Remodelers, well qualified to execute any projects as we have been in existence for over twenty-seven (27) years experience as an Incorporated entity. We are, also, a member of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) USA.

 

We have co-operating agreements with various Architect, Engineers and Engineering Consultants (CEMAS Ltd) and Quantity Surveyors (WR Partnership & DJR Ltd) to provide us with all our Technical and Engineering Services and Project Control and Monitoring. We are, thus, able to provide a wide range of services and have substantial experience in a diversity of projects

 

Our Bankers are Republic Bank Ltd. who are committed to providing us with financing for all our projects. Such financing is on a project basis. We, also, have variable lines of credit from several suppliers in the country; among who are Bhagwansingh’s, Southern Wholesale Stores and Roopnarine Hardware, Readymix Ltd. (suppliers of ready mix concrete) Bestcrete and ABEL, Trinidad Cement Ltd., Sisson Paints, Kaleidoscope and Berger Paints, CW Interiors & House of Marketing, Modern & Ramkisson Electrical. We deal with all the providers of specialist trades and finishes (Agostini’s, BEI, BWIL etc) and are very experienced as a Main Contractor, coordinating various subcontract trades. We have working arrangements with several suppliers of quality finishes both in the United States and Canada.

 

In addition to our equipment and in order to ensure that we can provide all the equipment needed for your project, we have entered in an arrangement with several equipment rental contractors, who are prepared to supply at a moments notice.

 

We have an eager and dynamic management who are ever willing to provide you with the services you required. We have broadened the base of our management and expanded our Board to include additional persons with wide experience in construction and related fields. We are committed to offering our clients first class finishes at competitive prices and within the time required.

It is our goal that we progressively acquire the necessary tools and equipment and expose ourselves to all new products available on the market. In fact, we market our Company on the reputation of our finishes and the completion of the projects within the allocated time.
